YI FENG is a contemporary artist whose practice explores the relationships between space, appearance, and perception. He received his BA in Fine Art: Painting from Wimbledon College of Arts, University of the Arts London, and later completed a Master’s degree in Commerce, specialising in Finance and Economics, at the University of Sydney. Before focusing on his artistic practice, he worked in the financial sector. Through painting, mixed media, and installation, his recent work develops around the concept of “JIAN” — a relational field in which things become perceptible through their connection with what surrounds them.
